Our principal and supporting consultants are experienced experts with proven track records in school and municipal financial management, strategic planning, school innovation, and high-level leadership. We have the experience and technical expertise to help school boards and superintendents face and conquer their greatest challenges.
Strategic Recovery & Financial Planning
We will develop actionable recovery plans and long-term fiscal maps to restore stability for districts in financial crisis. This six-to-twelve month process includes stakeholder engagement and public presentation until the school board and district leaders are prepared to endorse and execute a recovery plan. We will also provide a liaison to your Department of Education and other government agencies to address complex compliance and funding issues.
Leadership Recruitment, Evaluation, & Mentoring
One of our experienced school district leaders will serve as a "Sherpa" for boards and district leadership, clearing the path and fixing ropes for new superintendents, and helping boards find the right leaders for your team’s next ascent. Our superintendent, assistant superintendent, and business administrator search services are tailored to your unique situation, customized and targeted to your district's needs. Our leadership evaluation services are tailored to your strategic goals and objectives, and if you aren't sure, we help your school board and district leadership establish those goals collaboratively, with broad stakeholder involvement.
Capital & Facility Planning
We develop maintenance, renovation, and construction projects from building community support, to concept, to completion, so districts can avoid the financial stress of deferred maintenance emergencies. Our networks and experience allow us to guide districts through state building aid application processes. Our six-month capital planning process is an inclusive, affordable way for school districts to develop stakeholder-informed, long-term capital plans, which allows for excellent public information-sharing and assists in securing funding approval.

Our founder, Dr. Timothy Broadrick, is a late-career school district superintendent with deep experience in vocational and K-12 school district administration in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including proven financial and strategic planning, school innovation, technology solutions, and political engagement.
